We provide technology that compares and routes delivery requests to independent logistics providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the platform is not the physical carrier.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are estimates based on information supplied by users and connected providers. Final charges can change when parcel details, customs, surcharges or provider adjustments differ from the quote.

Developer use

API users must keep credentials private, use idempotency for booking requests, follow rate limits and comply with provider restrictions.

Provider terms

Each shipment remains subject to the selected provider's carriage, prohibited-items, insurance, customs, cancellation and return rules.
