Provider sharing

Shipment data is shared with the selected logistics provider only as necessary to quote, book, track or resolve a shipment.

Payments

Card details are handled by the configured payment gateway. The platform stores transaction references and reconciliation information, not raw card details.

Security and retention

Provider credentials are encrypted at rest. API keys are stored as hashes. Production retention periods and data-subject workflows must be finalized before launch.
